What you can do with Arenile

Use it from the cash desk computer, a tablet or a phone. When someone books, pays or arrives, the whole staff sees it right away.

The umbrella map

Draw your beach with the Coste360 map kit: rows, umbrellas, sunbeds, walkways and services. Every spot shows with colours and symbols whether it is free, booked, to be collected or held by a season pass holder. One tap shows who is there, what they paid and what is still due.

Discover the map of the day

Online umbrella booking, with no commission

Your customers pick days, spot and services and book from your website or a page of your own, even at night. With Stripe the payments go straight to your account and Arenile keeps nothing; if you prefer, the customer pays on arrival.

Cash desk and daily takings

Open the till, take cash or card payments, record deposits and withdrawals and close the day with a count. The takings summary by VAT rate is ready for your accountant.

Season passes and released days

All the season’s pass holders in one list, with balances and credits. When a holder stays away, you release the spot for that day: if you sell it again, the holder earns a credit. At the end of the season you offer every holder the renewal with first refusal on the same spot; those who find no room join the waitlist.

Manage season passes
  • Works without internet

The panel installs as an app and, when the connection drops, keeps showing the day and recording check-ins and cash payments. On a computer at the beach it works fully without internet; soon also as a desktop app for the cash desk PC.

  • In 4 languages

Panel and booking page in Italian, English, German and French, for your staff and your guests.

  • No subscription

No monthly fee and no paid edition: every feature is included.

  • Your data stays yours

Customers, bookings and takings live on your computer or your server, with backups you control.

Frequently asked questions

Is Arenile really free?

Yes. If you install it yourself, on your own online server or on a computer at the beach (and soon with the desktop app), Arenile is free for your establishments: no license fee, no commission and every feature included, including the booking page for your customers. If you would rather not do it yourself, the Coste360 team can install and configure it for you as a paid service. The license (BSL 1.1, source available) reserves to Coste360 the offering of Arenile as a service to third parties, such as hosting or installation.

What the license says
Do I need a server?

Not necessarily. You can run Arenile on the cash desk computer with the desktop app (coming soon), on a small computer at the beach or on an online server costing a few euros a month, which you need to take bookings from your website. Either way your data stays yours.

Choose how to install
Are there commissions on online bookings?

Arenile takes no commission, neither on bookings nor on takings. Card payments go through Stripe straight to your account, and Stripe charges its own per-transaction fees. You can also confirm online bookings without payment and collect on arrival.

Online payments
Does it work without internet?

Yes. With a computer at the beach (and soon with the desktop app) map, bookings from the panel, pass holders and cash desk work without a connection. Even with Arenile online, if the beach network drops the panel installed as an app keeps showing the map and the bookings of today and tomorrow and records check-ins, notes and cash payments, sending them as soon as the connection is back. Customer online bookings, however, need Arenile to be reachable from the internet.

The panel without connection
Does it also handle season pass renewals and a waitlist?

Yes. At the end of the season the season rollover prepares the new season and a renewal campaign offers every pass holder the same spot with right of pre-emption, by email or at the desk. Those who find no room join the waitlist and get an offer as soon as a spot frees up. Customer credit can be used as a payment method.

Season pass renewals
Can I try it before using it for real?

Yes. Load the Lido Demo, a sample beach club with map, price list, pass holders and bookings, and try every feature without touching your data.

Load the demo data
Is online booking accessible?

Yes. The booking page targets WCAG 2.1 level AA, as the European Accessibility Act expects for online bookings: it can be completed with the keyboard only, works with screen readers (with a list of spots as an alternative to the map), keeps contrast even with your beach colours, follows the "reduce motion" preference and zoom, in four languages. Every step is checked by automated tests; the guide also lists the known limits and an accessibility statement template.

Accessibility

Arenile is a single program (Go and React) with available source code: install it with Docker on a VPS or on site, integrate it through REST APIs and webhooks and extend it in Go.
