Manager guide

This guide describes every feature of the manager panel with step-by-step procedures, screenshots of the Lido Demo and tips from the field. Screenshots are regenerated at every release, so they always match the program you are using.

First time? Start from the guided setup: in a few minutes you have the beach map, the price list and the booking page. Then come back here whenever you need a feature.

How the panel is organised

Sidebar: at the top the Establishment switcher (with + New establishment), then the Operations group and the Configuration group. On a phone it opens with the menu button.
Command palette: press Ctrl+K (⌘+K on Mac) to search for a page and jump to it without the mouse.
User menu at the bottom: Light, Dark or System theme, and Sign out.
Real time: map, today, planning and cash desk refresh by themselves when a colleague or an online customer books, pays or checks in. No need to reload.
Without connection: an indicator shows whether you are online; if the network drops you can keep viewing the day and record check-ins and cash payments (see Panel without connection).
Languages: the panel is available in Italian, English, German and French.
