Daily sale and tickets
Where: Operations → Quick sale (also from the Quick sale button of the Cash desk) or from the Map: tap a free spot and choose Sell day ticket. Who: cashiers, managers and owners.
The daily sale is built for walk-in customers: one screen, a few taps, no mandatory personal data. Every sale creates a confirmed desk booking (the same as panel bookings: history, payments and reports see it) and a daily numbered ticket with a QR code.
Selling a day
Section titled “Selling a day”- Where: pick a precise Spot or Zone only (for example Front row). Each zone shows how many free places it has for the chosen slot.
- Formula: Full day, Morning or Afternoon. The day is today; from the map of another day the sale is for that day.
- Pack and Extras (with the + and − buttons). The Total comes from the day’s price list, with VAT shown.
- Name on the ticket (optional): only last and first name for the map label. No phone, no email.
- Take the payment in Cash (the cash desk must be open; enter the Cash received to see the Change) or by Card.
The ticket is issued at once: the Ticket issued box shows the big number (#037), with Reprint and New sale. When automatic printing is on, the print starts too.
On the desk computer, shortcuts speed things up: 1, 2, 3 for the slot, P spot, Z zone, C cash, K card. On a phone, total and payment stay pinned at the bottom of the screen.
The ticket number
Section titled “The ticket number”- It is a progressive number per day of validity (establishment time zone), shared by umbrellas and entries: the first ticket valid today is #001 and the sequence is unique for the establishment, across registers and devices. Selling for another day uses that day’s numbering (tomorrow starts again at #001 while today goes on).
- A voided ticket keeps its number, marked Voided: the only case where the sequence has a visible gap.
- The QR code holds a random code of the ticket, not the booking code (which is sequential and stays printed under the QR): staff check it with their phone and nobody can guess it.
Printing
Section titled “Printing”Tickets print from the browser, no software to install: 80 mm receipt, 58 mm receipt, A5 or A4. They show the establishment name and logo, the number and, large under it, the spot or zone (to assign), the date (Valid on …), formula, pack, extras, total with the VAT breakdown, payment method, the line Not valid for tax purposes (the fiscal document is the payment’s, from the cash desk) and the QR code.
Reprint produces the same copy marked Reprint and is recorded in the history.
With the desktop app and a network thermal printer routed for the Daily ticket, the automatic print and the reprint go straight to the ESC/POS printer, with no print dialog (see Printers); without a ready printer the browser print is used.
In Today’s tickets → Settings (managers and owners) choose the Default print format, Print right after the sale and Sale by zone; they apply to every register.
Today’s tickets
Section titled “Today’s tickets”Where: Operations → Today’s tickets. The tickets issued on a day with Number, Time, Spot or zone, Formula, Name, Status (Assigned, To assign, Issued, Entered, Voided), Amount and Method.
- The Day summary counts issued tickets, takings by method, tickets to assign and voided ones.
- Takings by VAT rate: the same amounts as the cash session and the daily takings; voided tickets are left out.
- Export CSV downloads the day’s list (
;separator, euro amounts with a decimal comma). - For each ticket: Print/Reprint, Assign or Move (see Spot assignment) and Void ticket.
Voiding a ticket
Section titled “Voiding a ticket”- Void ticket on the ticket’s row.
- Write the Reason (required, kept in the history).
- Choose the Refund: Refund with the same method (cash out of the open register or a recorded card reversal), Credit to the customer (only for a ticket of a customer on file) or No refund.
The spot or the place in the zone becomes free again; the ticket keeps its number and is marked as voided.
