Where: Operations → Today (also the panel’s home page). Who: every role; actions depend on permissions.

The morning page: the live status of the beach and the list of things to do. It refreshes by itself when a colleague checks someone in or a customer books online.

Map of the day

A compact version of the operational map for today: tap a spot to open its sheet. The Map, Planning and Cash desk shortcuts lead to the full pages.

To do

Three lists, each with its counter:

• Check-in: who arrives today and is not checked in yet. The button next to the name records the arrival with one tap.
• Balances: today’s bookings with a balance to collect. Open the booking or go to the cash desk.
• To assign: lines of “Zone” mode zones without a spot yet. Open them and use Assign (see Zones).

The morning round

Before opening: empty To assign, check the Pass holders expected and the released spots, open the cash desk. During the day the Check-in list empties by itself as staff record arrivals, even from their phone.
