Closures

Where: Configuration → Closures. Who: owners and managers; other roles see the highlighted days.

Bad weather, events or works: during closure slots spots cannot be booked, neither at the desk nor online, and the map of the day shows the establishment as closed.

Adding one or more closures

1. Choose the Year and click one or more days in the Calendar.
2. Choose the Slots: Whole day or only Morning or Afternoon.
3. Write the Reason (for example “weather alert”): it stays in the history.
4. Press Create N closures.

Clicking a day that is already closed opens Edit closure; from there you can also delete it.

What about existing bookings?

A closure prevents new bookings in those slots, but does not cancel existing ones. If you close a day already sold because of bad weather, handle the bookings from the map of the day or the booking list: cancellation offers the Cancelled for bad weather option, which applies the weather protection set in the policy.
