Planning calendar

Where: Operations → Calendar. Who: everyone views; cashiers, managers and owners edit.

The planning shows spots as rows (grouped by zone and row) and days as columns: the right view to place long stays without leaving one-day gaps.

Navigating

The bar at the top: days earlier and later, Today, From and Visible days (up to 62). The start date stays in the page address: you can bookmark it or share it with a colleague.

Each booking is a bar on its spot; empty cells are free, closure days are marked as closed.

Creating a booking from the planning

1. Select a range of free cells on the same spot (by dragging, or with Shift+arrows).
2. Press Enter or New booking: the sheet opens with spot and dates already filled in.

Moving a booking

Drag the bar onto another spot or other dates (or, with the keyboard, M on the booking under the cursor, arrows and Enter). Arenile shows the Change booking…? preview with origin and destination spot, new dates, conflicts and price difference; Confirm move applies it.

Note

If a colleague changed the booking in the meantime, Booking changed by another user appears: Reload and recompute the move. No change is ever silently overwritten.
