Reports
Where: Operations → Reports. Who: owners, managers and read-only users (for example the accountant). Other roles see Access not allowed.
The Reports page answers the end-of-day and end-of-season questions: how full the beach was, how much you collected, where bookings come from, how many pass holders released days and who still has to pay. Every report has cards with the key figures, a chart and a table with the same data, and can be exported to CSV.
Choosing the period
Section titled “Choosing the period”At the top there is a single bar with the Period, valid for every report:
- Season: choose the season from the list. It is the starting choice (the current season, otherwise the latest one opened).
- Month: choose Month and Year.
- Custom: choose From – to on the calendar, at most 400 days.
Below the bar the panel shows the exact range (Data from … to … (inclusive)). All dates are in the establishment time zone.

Section titled “The reports”Choose the report from the tabs at the top.

A slot is one spot for half a day (morning or afternoon): occupancy counts the occupied slots over the available ones, excluding closure days and blocked spots.
Collected or booked
Section titled “Collected or booked”The Revenue report has a Basis:
- Collected: successful payments in the period, net of refunds. It is the cash basis and matches to the cent the collected amount of the daily takings of the same period.
- Booked: the value of the bookings for the days of the period, regardless of payment.
Some groupings exist for one basis only: Payment method only with Collected, Pack and Extra only with Booked.
Comparison with the previous year
Section titled “Comparison with the previous year”- Turn on Compare with … in the period bar (the year is the one before the chosen period).
- In the Summary the cards (except Open balances) show the previous year’s value and the change; below appears the Comparison with … section with the Indicators compared with the previous year and the trend over time.
- Choose the Alignment: Same calendar dates (15 August with 15 August) or Same weekday (Saturdays with Saturdays, useful for weekends).
When the previous year’s value is zero the percentage change cannot be computed and the card is marked New.
Exporting to CSV or Excel
Section titled “Exporting to CSV or Excel”Every report has the Export CSV and Export Excel buttons, which download exactly what you see: chosen
period, grouping and basis. The comparison with the previous year can be exported too. The CSV uses the Italian
format (; separator, decimal comma); the Excel file (.xlsx) has the same columns, with real numbers and dates.
Export lists, next to the period, downloads the full lists as Excel or CSV: Customers, Bookings in the period, Season passes and Payments in the period. The columns are the same as the CSV files, with no extra personal data, and test bookings are always excluded.
The Top customers ranking shows only first and last name: email and phone stay in the customer record, also in the CSV.
