Establishment
Where: Configuration → Establishment. Who: owners and managers edit; other roles view.
The page gathers the establishment’s data in five tabs: General, Languages, Public page, Map and Prices and VAT. Tabs stay in memory as you move between them: unsaved changes are not lost, and the page warns you with Unsaved changes.
General
Section titled “General”| Field | Purpose |

| Name | The name shown on the public page, emails and documents. |
| Public address | The last part of the booking page URL, /b/<address>. Lowercase letters, digits and hyphens only. Changing it breaks links already shared (website, social media, printed QR codes). |
| Time zone | The establishment’s time zone (usually Europe/Rome). Calendar dates, “today”, policy cutoff times and the days of the daily takings follow it. |
| Email, Phone | Contacts shown to customers. |
| Address, Town, Province, Postcode, Country (ISO code) | The establishment’s address (also used for the public page’s structured data). |
| Beach concession reference | Optional, for your documents. |
The currency is the euro and cannot be changed.
Languages
Section titled “Languages”Default language and Enabled languages (Italian, English, German, French). Enabled languages are offered on the public page and in emails; texts you have not translated fall back to the default language. In multilingual fields (names of packs, zones, extras) missing languages are marked missing.
Public page
Section titled “Public page”Activation of Online bookings enabled, Websites allowed to embed, embed code and Public page theme with preview. They are the same data as the Public page and widget page, which explains them in full.
Map style: the illustration kit, Modern or Classic, the panel and the public page draw every map of the establishment with. See Maps and editor.
Prices and VAT
Section titled “Prices and VAT”Values used by the pricing engine when a rule does not say otherwise.

| Half-day factor | Half-day price = day × factor (for example 0.6). Greater than 0 and at most 1. Used when there is no specific rule for the morning or afternoon slot. |
| Total rounding | None, To the euro or To 50 cents. Applies only to the final booking total. |
| Default VAT | Rate for packs and extras without their own rate. Check it with your accountant: Arenile contains no hard-coded rates. |
Several establishments
Section titled “Several establishments”One installation can manage several establishments of the same organization, each with its own map, price lists, policies, public page and users, with isolated data.
- Open the Establishment switcher at the top of the sidebar.
- Choose + New establishment (only owners can create one).
- Choose the Organization, enter the details and press Create establishment: the guided setup opens.
The All establishments page (at the bottom of the sidebar) lists the establishments you can access, with public address, default language and online booking status, and the link to open each public page.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Two people edit the settings at the same time: what happens? Saving checks the version: if a colleague saved first, Arenile does not overwrite their changes and offers Reload the latest data.
Can I change the time zone once the season has started? You can, but “today” and cutoff times change accordingly: do it only if the time zone was wrong.
