Term	Italian	Meaning
Agreement	Convenzione	Discount for a partner or a group of customers, from the panel or with a code.
Allocation	Allocazione	The occupation of a resource (spot or pool unit) for a date and a slot. It is what prevents double selling.
Assignment mode	Modalità di assegnazione	How a zone is sold: Chosen spot, Zone, Quantity.
Automatic assignment	Assegnazione automatica	Automatic choice of the spot for lines of “Zone” mode zones, on confirmation.
Booking line	Riga di prenotazione	A booked pack with its spot, zone or quantity.
Cash session	Sessione di cassa	The period between opening and closing the cash desk.
Catalogue	Catalogo	Components, packs and extras.
Channel	Canale	Where a booking comes from: Desk, Online, API.
Check-in	Check-in	Recording the customer’s arrival: the booking becomes Checked in.
Closure	Chiusura	Extraordinary closure of a day or half-day.
Component	Componente	Physical item used by a pack: umbrella, sunbed, deckchair, cabin.
Conditions (terms)	Condizioni	The text the customer accepts when booking online, published in immutable versions.
Coverage	Copertura	Check that every active pack has a price on every day for every category.
Credit	Credito	Balance in the customer’s favour (from cancellation, bad weather, resold release, manual).
Daily takings	Corrispettivi	Summary of takings by VAT rate and method, for the accountant.
Deposit	Acconto	The part of the total paid at booking, decided by the policy.
Element	Elemento	Non-bookable map object: walkway, shower, bar, flag…
Establishment	Stabilimento	A beach, with time zone, seasons, maps, catalogue, price lists, policies and public page.
Extra	Extra	Optional addition to a pack or to the booking: extra sunbed, cabin, parking.
Formula	Formula	Duration type: half day, day, multi-day, week, fortnight, month, season.
Hold	Blocco temporaneo (hold)	Temporary occupation of a resource while the customer completes the online booking; it expires by itself.
Magic link	Link magico	The personal link in the confirmation email that opens the manage area.
Manage area	Area di gestione	The “Your booking” page the customer opens from the magic link.
Manual block	Blocco manuale	Spot made unbookable by staff, with a reason.
Map	Mappa	Drawing of an area of the establishment (beach, pool).
Map kit	Kit grafico	The Coste360 illustrations used to draw spots and map elements.
Online quota	Quota online	Limit on how much of a zone is sold online (and via API) per date and slot.
Pack	Pack	Sellable product made of components (e.g. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds).
Policy	Policy	Booking rules: lead time, duration, payment, cancellation, approval.
Pool	Pool	Quantity inventory without position: free sunbeds, cabins, parking spaces.
Price category	Categoria di prezzo	Key (e.g. row1) used by price rules; set on the zone or, as an override, on the spot.
Price rule	Regola di prezzo	A line of the price list: stage, targets, conditions, action, priority.
Rate period	Periodo tariffario	Date range with a code (low, mid, high, peak) used by price rules.
Reconciliation	Riconciliazione	Periodic check of pending payments with Stripe, to recover lost webhooks.
Release	Rilascio	A day on which a pass holder frees their spot, which goes back on sale.
Row generator	Generatore di file	Editor tool that creates N rows of M numbered spots.
Season	Stagione	The opening period of a year.
Season pass	Abbonamento stagionale	Booking with the season formula that reserves a spot to a customer for the whole season. See Season passes.
Simulator	Simulatore	Tool that computes a price showing every rule applied.
Slot	Fascia	Smallest unit of time: Morning (AM) and Afternoon (PM). A full day occupies both.
Spot	Postazione	Bookable item with a position on the map: umbrella, gazebo, tent, palm, sunbed…
Webhook	Webhook	Signed message an external service (Stripe) sends to Arenile, or that Arenile sends to an integration.
Z report	Chiusura Z	Printable summary of a closed cash session.
Zone	Zona	Group of spots or equipment sold in the same way (Front row, Gazebos, Pool).
